If you're confident you could re-assemble your current load order, then trying this new list might be a fun test of skill. If you have a mod list you use that works for you, and you aren't sure if you could reinstall it exactly, stick with it. That list may have worked when it started, but then patches came out, and features were expanded, then suddenly there's mod conflicts, and game crashes etc.
The truth is that many mod guides out there do not work as intended.
